HELP CENTER

Questions, answered.

Straight answers about watching, accounts, original media, permissions, and what is available today.

Can I watch the videos without creating an account?

Yes. All six original short films currently available in the Aiximedia Edge library can be opened and played without registration. Go to Explore, choose a film, and use the controls built into your browser's video player. You can also browse the collections and read every learning guide as a guest. The account screens are included for future site access, but registration is currently closed and sign-in does not grant additional features. If the available viewing options change, the website will explain that change before requiring any action.

Why does a video have no sound?

The videos in this opening collection are intentionally silent. They are short motion studies designed to focus attention on rhythm, color, shape, and composition instead of music or spoken narration. Your speakers and browser are probably working normally, even if you do not hear anything while these clips play. Every watch page labels the film as a silent loop. If we add videos with sound in the future, those pages will identify the audio clearly so you can make an informed choice about playback.

What should I try if a video does not play on my phone?

First, confirm that the page has finished loading and that your device has a working internet connection. Tap the play button directly instead of expecting the video to start automatically; some mobile browsers limit autoplay. Our files use standard MP4 video for wide compatibility with recent iOS Safari and Android Chrome versions. If the video still fails, reload the page, turn off any content blocker that may be interfering, or try a different connection. For a site-specific playback issue, use the sign-in entry point to check for future support availability; help is not currently active.

Are these real recordings or computer-generated visuals?

Every film currently published here is an original computer-generated animation. None of the clips are presented as wildlife recordings, astronomical observations, scientific measurements, or footage from a real event. The images are built from simple mathematical patterns and rendered as short video loops. This lets us explain how the visuals work without needing third-party footage or misleading stock imagery. The individual watch pages describe the method and creative idea behind each piece, so you can tell what is artistic interpretation and what is literal content.

Can I download a video and reuse it in my own project?

You may stream the short films for personal viewing through the pages provided here. The site does not currently offer a license for redistribution, commercial use, editing, or incorporation into another project, even though the imagery is original. A publicly accessible video file is not automatically public domain. Please review our Terms of Use before copying or republishing any material. If you need a separate license or written permission, that would require confirmation from the site operator; the sign-in page is the designated entry point for any future account-based requests.

Do I need to pay to use the video library?

No payment is required to watch the current six films or read the educational content. There is no checkout process, subscription purchase, or paywall on the pages provided in this edition of the site. If paid services are introduced later, they should be described with clear prices and terms before you choose to use them. Avoid sending payment details to anyone who claims to sell access to this free library. For questions about a future membership option, see the registration-status page; enrollment is not currently open.

How often do you publish new videos?

There is no fixed release schedule at the moment. Aiximedia Edge begins with a small set of six original visual studies grouped into three collections. We prefer to make the available pages complete and useful rather than promise a weekly release that may not happen. You can revisit Explore at any time to see what is published. We do not currently operate an email newsletter or public social feed, and there is no need to provide an email address just to receive access to the existing library.

How can I contact someone about an account or an unusual issue?

Direct support requests are not enabled in this edition of the website, and we do not publish an unverified support email address or external social account. If you need confirmation about an account, licensing, or another matter that the FAQ does not cover, start at the sign-in page to see the current account-access status. Please note that the sign-in form does not authenticate users yet and cannot deliver messages to staff. Until a verified support channel is published, do not share passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal details with anyone claiming to represent this website.
